New Year's Eve

Here it is December 31, and everyone else in the house is asleep. What a busy week it's been. In the last 10 days, we've travelled to visit family in VA and WV. We got back home on Christmas Day, and have been going full-speed since then. I worked the last three days at basketball games, so I personally am looking forward to my first "day off" on New Year's Day (tomorrow).

Melody and Mitchell had a magical Christmas morning, opening presents from Santa, along with gifts from family members. Santa brought Melody a new Leapster L-Max portable game system, and some of our relatives got her some games (so far she seems to like the Princess game the best). She also got the High School Musical 2 Soundtrack. Mitchell received a new Radio Controlled Car. Both children have been enjoying the new Little People airport and garage, as well as the Sit-and-Spin.

God blessed us with safe travel, and for that we are thankful. We wish you all a healthy, blessed 2008!
